Abstract:	MyComicHouse store is a store that rents comics which is still improved and has many customers. In daily operational which is still manually. So that, it needs to develop a new system to help the staff in controlling rental comics. With this system, the service process to customer whom wanted to rent comics could be faster because every process is computerized. In the future, this system will has registration process for new member and rental comics data, recording comics which have been rent and also computing total fine while the customers late to return the comics. If the new system is implemented, then it could improved the efficiency and effetivity of company operational process, so that it could improved customer satisfaction. The new system also supports decision making especially about comics rental system.
