Abstract:This research in background overshadow by its important motivate and training at one particular company. Generally, company target conduct the motivation of [at] its employees is to push the individual desire to do the certain activity utilize in reaching target wanted company, while target of training at its employees is to improve and develop the attitude, behaviour, skill and knowledge from its employees as according to company desire. This Research target is to know the influence motivate and training to work performance at company of distributor oli (Case Study: PT. Indoteras Sumatera Medan and PT. Sutera Mas Gemilang Medan) and to analyse the which variable is which most influencing among motivation and training to work productivity of company of distributor oli (Case Study: PT. Indoteras Sumatera Medan and PT. Sutera Mas Gemilang Medan).Gathering method used this research by using kuesioner. Model the data analysis used by doubled linear analysis regresi.Sampel use the method of stratified random sampling, where beforehand clasification of a population into population sub pursuant to certain characteristic from population element. Probability sampling, that is technique of intake sampel giving same opportunity for every element population to be selected to to become the member sampel. The results of this research indicate that, motivation and training variable altogether have an influence on performance; motivation variable has a greater influence on performance rather than training variable; motivation is very important to be noticed by the company because the good training at the company can influence the employees to increase their performance; training at this company still can not fully influence the performance of the employees. This indicates that performance is not yet concerned by the company management.
