Abstract:Lights, is an electronic device that serves to illuminate the room at night. The device works by using a switch to activate or deactivate it. The problem that often occurs is the frequent users are not able to find the location of light switches because of the condition of the pitch-black room. To overcome this, the need to develop a system that can control the lights without having to use a switch. By combining lights and computers, can be produced a flame lighting control system is controlled through voice. The working principle of this system is user input control commands he wants as On, Off or flashing, and the computer will process the voice input to control the lights like a switch. This prototype is designed to recognize the voice of the user input and compare it with the contents of the database to match the percentage value of 80%. This prototype lamp circuit by connecting a personal computer via the parallel port DB 25. The downside of this prototype is still the length of time it takes to process the input signal.
